Milo came over to figure out why the jetted bathtub in the house wouldn’t start. Even though the wiring was difficult to reach and see, he went after it as soon as he arrived. Right away, he figured out the problem. He said, since it was such a quick fix, he wouldn’t charge for it. I then showed him another electrical issue I had in the garage and he coached me through it so I could fix it on my own. He said I didn’t need to pay but would take something for the trip. Very nice and polite individual who is well schooled in his trade and in customer service. Would definitely hire him again.
